It’s a privilege to address you as CEO of the Remington Group. After six years with the business, I’m proud to step into this role and continue building on what we’ve achieved together.

This is both a personal challenge and a professional milestone. My time across our business units has shaped a clear understanding of where we are and where we can go. I’m confident that by working as one team, we’ll unlock new opportunities, strengthen our position, and continue delivering real value to our customers.

We’ve faced tough moments, COVID among them, but we came through stronger because of our people. I’ve seen the dedication, depth of experience, and resilience across this organisation. That’s what makes Remington a 78-year PNG institution, and it’s what will take us forward.

Over the next six months, my focus will be on:

• Driving alignment and consistency across all business units
• Strengthening our collaborative, team-based culture
• Focusing on smart, sustainable growth in both new and established areas

Key opportunities lie ahead, especially in the local market. Remington Digital Solutions is a major growth engine, supported by data warehousing and a broader ICT offering. We’ll also continue to expand our national footprint where it makes strategic sense.
