Established in 2017, OFC began as a trusted PABX supplier and integrator, providing Unified Communication Solutions for hotels, government institutions, SMEs, airlines, and broadcasting companies. By 2023, OFC expanded its services as an Internet Service Provider (ISP) in PNG, delivering high-speed, low-cost fiber-based internet solutions.

In 2024, OFC ventured into advanced cybersecurity and data warehousing solutions, positioning itself as a leader in digital transformation for PNG-based enterprises. That same year, OFC became an official Microsoft Partner, enabling in-country Microsoft licensing in PNG.
